Our engagement processes
We expect our clients who they carry out exploratory drillings of the collecting locations that we would have identified and who, if these drillings meet the preset objectives, they proceed to their exploitation.
Being given the exceptional guarantees that we offer and initial expenses that we let us assume, we subordinate our hydrogeological surveys to the following conditions:
Condition n°1: Contractual Commitment
Preliminary Signature of the contract of survey. We start a survey campaign only when we are in possession of a contract signed in due form by the people entitled to engage their company. This contract stipulates primarily our guarantees and our terms of reference.
Condition n°2: Capacity proven to carry out exploratory drillings
If no drilling rig is present on the spot, we ask for the payment of a guarantee equivalent to 6,000 € on a frozen account. The recovery of this guarantee by our client is acquired and automatic after execution of exploratory drilling at the places specified by ANGIOO and this, independently of the results of this drilling. Borne interest benefits the agent completely from the guarantee. This One is only intended to guarantee the continuation of the operations. He is not in the interest of our customers, nor of ANGIOO, to trail in the validation, by exploratory drilling, of the commercial value of a water bearing site which we would have located.
Condition n°3: Open Communication of all relevant information on the site to be prospected
We ask for the preliminary supply of all information of legal and legal nature in possession of the client on the site to prospect (to be included in the appendices of the contract). Information geological or relative to former surveys is the welcomes, but do not constitute a prerequisite. The portions of the site to be prospected, indexed as being “off-limits” for a possible exploitation, must be mentioned.
Condition n°4: Commercial and financial Capacity to exploit the site
The commercial and financial capacity of our clients to exploit a water bearing site must be proven. If the intention of our clients is to resell their rights of exploitation in the event of finding of a proven layer (by a exploratory drilling), our remuneration must appear in the passive of the conditions of possible transfer.
Condition n°5: Detention of rights of exploitation
Our clients must hold the rights of exploration of the layer on the entirety of the zone of survey and, at least, the rights conditional of exploitation in this zone if exploratory drillings were to prove the productive character of the layer.
Condition n°6: Respect of the sustainable development
ANGIOO imposes that the taking away carried out (according to specific methods to each type of hydrogeological exploitation) at the specified drilling locations are it in the respect of a sustainable development. This durable character relates at the same time on the collecting wells and the re-injections (when those are applicable).
Condition n°7: Respect of the commercial secrecies
Any communication by the company client or its employees, bearing on the methods and techniques of survey used, must be approved by ANGIOO beforehand. Only can be communicated freely the related information with the results of the exploratory drillings carried out on the basis of our opinion (like, for example, the productive character of the specified layers, thermodynamic, physicochemical or geological characteristics of the taking away and/or the collecting wells carried out). We assume the full and entire responsibility results rising from our opinions, but we ask for a discretion of our customers compared to the means which we put in work, this in order to protect us from a very hard competition in this field.
Condition n°8: Safety
The site of survey must be sure and established in a rule of law. ANGIOO does not prospect in not very sure regions, undermined by a civil war, prone to attacks of armed bands and plunderers, dependant on a Mafia local, at the mercy of diktats of local potentates or caused to become gangrenous by an endemic corruption in which any formal commitment can remain dead letter with impunity. Moreover, even if this survey were carried out and identified commercially interesting sites, the exploitation of those would be mortgaged even than their survey even. In the case of so unfavourable conditions, we prefer to leave this wealth in the ground rather than to run the risk which it spreads on a pilot surface of these human vicissitudes.
