Pricing policy

Our aspiration first is to give to the angiogeology the place which it deserves in the field of the hydrogeological survey. Our commercial and pricing approach concern this only objective.

Pricing Objectives

The pricing structure of ANGIOO is conceived for:

• to build a partnership with our customers in whom the incomes of a part depend on those of the other;
• to reflect the local costs and not the world prices (contrary, for example, at the cost of the barrel of oil whose quotation is almost planetary).
• not to imply any investment costs related to the survey as long as the layer is not exploited. The expenses of survey are thus moved, in all legality, of a station of the assessment towards a station of exploitation. This makes it possible to reduce the starting setting and the risks of investment in a field which can prove very profitable.
• to rise exclusively from elements of countable and financial nature: it would have been more difficult to bind this pricing, for example, with enthalpy flow, because that would imply a measurement uninterrupted physical size which concerns operational activities and not strictly countable.
• to include “naturally” the lifetime of the layer since this one will determine the duration of the generated incomes.
• to be very moderate so as to allow the blossoming of one long-term relation and to bring a maximum of references, themselves quickly to us pledges of growth,

ANGIOO is conscious of the divergence which can exist enters, on the one hand, the economic value associated with the commercial exploitation of a water bearing site and, on the other hand, the ecological print of this one. It cannot however, without going against it pragmatism, dissociating its own incomes of this economic value. With each type of exploitation (geothermal, hydrothermal or mineral-water), will be associated particular contractual conditions aiming at minimizing this ecological print without however carrying damage to the economic interest of this exploitation. The fact that the collecting wells recommended are within steady state flows constitutes already an important guarantee of the sustainable character of their exploitation (what competition is unable to guarantee).

Remuneration

For its work of hydrogeological survey, ANGIOO developed an unequalled business approach on the market. Its remuneration is given on the basis of following principle:

• It is exclusively related to the incomes (and not for the benefits!) that our customers draw from the exploitation of the water bearing sites starting from the drilling locations specified by ANGIOO. It is thus due only starting from the beginning of the commercial exploitation of the site. If the incomes are recurring, our
• It is due only if nobody could find a better layer than ANGIOO. We nourish the secret hope that our competitors pursue also such a policy. Practically, that implies that we guarantee that no drilling carried out apart from a circle of 100 meters) - around the drilling location which we recommend will not produce of better results (that those obtained starting from the well dug on the basis of our indication). This ray is function of the visibility on the site and its accessibility. The ray of reserve of 50 meters covers the inaccuracy of GPS and the inaccuracy on the slope of the well of drilling.
• It is founded on objective criteria and easily measurable within the framework of the exploitation of the layers identified by our care.
• It is contractual: we do not ask for any additional allowance (which would be, for example, related to the housing or travelling expenses) whatever the positioning of the site of survey in so far as our engagement processes are satisfied. If the site is supposed potentially exploitable, we suppose that it is also accessible for the survey.
• It is modulated by the type of localised exploitation of the water bearing site: geothermal power station, spa or taking away of mineral water.
• It is function of the structures of local costs (for example the price of the injection of MWh on the network),
• It includes a risk factor related to the context socio-policy of the exploitation: our income being recurring, the risk that it is stopped for reasons other than hydrogeological must be integrated.

What is covered

Our fees cover the following services:

• the detection, defined by a marking out of the ground and a GPS survey, of one - or of several - layer [S] hydrogeological [S] at their points of exploitation optimal. This optimum answers strictly hydrogeological criteria, exclusion, for example, considerations such as the accessibility of the drilling location, the potential visual impact of a factory of exploitation on the landscape, etc…
• in the case of the survey of geothermal reservoirs, our services also cover the positioning of the injection points. As astonishing as that can appear, the positioning of the optimum injection points is more difficult than the detection of the geothermal reservoir.

What we await from our clients

On the other hand from these conditions, we await our customers that they:

• commit themselves by contract paying the remunerations agreed upon according to the methods negotiated beforehand,
• pour a guarantee guaranteeing the execution of exploratory drillings at the drilling locations which we specify, if no drilling rig is present on site. If exploratory drillings were to meet the objectives specified for the water bearing site, the guarantee would cover also the effective passage in exploitation.
• we provide all information available and necessary so that the survey can proceed under optimal conditions (geological surveys available, results of drillings already carried out, limiting and accessibility of the site, climatic conditions probable, legal constraints, etc…).

To profit from the exceptional conditions related to this phase launching, we expect that the following conditions of industrial partnership can apply:

• ANGIOO will be able to use as commercial reference all the drilling locations which it will have identified in the strict respect of elements factual, proven and presented so as to give a correct and complete sight of reality.
• the company which exploits the water bearing site to whatever end that they are (geothermal, hydrothermal, mineral-water) communicates us the results of the mesures taken by our client (who they are of geological, thermodynamic, physical, chemical or ecological nature). This with an aim which we can our technique and our models.
• the technological options put in work within the framework of the exploitation of the geothermal reservoir as the outputs obtained are communicated to us.
• ANGIOO will be able to communicate to its serious prospective customers the coordinates of a person of contact so allowing a control of reference. These information are not disseminated publicly.
• These conditions apply as soon as drilling delivered its first results and are not limited in time.

Our pricing conditions are subordinated to our engagement processes.
